Carl and Sarah Milton jointly set the strategy and direction for Everyone TV's customer-facing propositions, including Freeview Play and Freesat. They lead the Product and Operations teams and ensure that Everyone TV brings the best possible free-to-air TV experience to viewers while delivering value for content providers and other partners.
Carl joined Everyone TV (formerly Digital UK) in 2022, having previously worked at Channel 4, where he led the team which negotiated and managed commercial partnerships with distribution platforms across the free-to-air and pay-TV sectors. He was also a member of the YouView board for over five years.
Carl's previous experience includes a range of commercial, strategy and proposition roles at UKTV and Sky. He began his career in marketing at Barclays Bank.
