Sarah Milton
Sarah is responsible for setting the strategy and direction for Everyone TV’s customer-facing propositions, including Freeview, Freesat and the streaming service Freely, which launched in 2024.
She leads the Product and Operations teams, ensuring Everyone TV delivers the best possible free-to-air TV experience for viewers while creating value for content providers and platform partners.
Before joining Everyone TV, Sarah spent over 15 years at Channel 4, where she played a key role in its digital transformation. She was part of the original team that developed and launched the broadcaster’s video-on-demand service, 4oD, and later became Head of Product, with responsibility for the functionality and user experience of All 4 across all platforms and devices.
Sarah has also worked in business development and strategy roles at ITV and at internet start-up Webrewards. She began her career at management consulting firm McKinsey.
