We’re looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to support the delivery of high-quality TV device experiences across our Freely, Freeview Play and Freesat platforms. As part of our Technology Partnerships team, you’ll play a key role in managing the technical relationships Everyone TV holds with our partners, testing connected TV devices, designing test frameworks, and working closely with manufacturers and broadcasters to ensure a seamless experience for millions of viewers.
This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave.
With strong experience in technical relationship management, QA for software or consumer devices, you’ll bring expertise in debugging, log analysis, performance testing and a solid understanding of TV technologies, IP video playback and HbbTV applications. Knowledge of DRM systems (e.g., PlayReady, Widevine), cloud technologies or Linux/Unix, and tools such as Jira, Confluence Git and GitHub Actions is essential. Experience building process automation and internal tooling and an interest in using AI to enhance testing efficiency would be highly valuable.
