We’re looking for an experienced CRM Executive to play a key role in delivering engaging CRM communications that help audiences discover and enjoy the very best of free TV across Everyone TV’s platforms, with a particular focus on Freely.

As part of the Marketing team, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns that connect viewers with great content, product updates and key platform moments. Working closely with Marketing, Editorial, Product and Insight teams, you’ll help ensure communications are relevant, engaging and optimised for performance, while maintaining a consistently high-quality customer experience.

You’ll bring strong hands-on experience of CRM and email marketing, with confidence using platforms such as Braze or Brevo, alongside solid HTML and CSS skills. Strong copywriting, excellent attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll have energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for TV and the media industry, along with the confidence to collaborate cross-functionally and support wider marketing initiatives.
