Everyone TV is undergoing an exciting period of growth and the People Team are looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager.
An enabling partnering role, where you’ll provide pro-active HR support and expertise across all areas of the employee life cycle e.g. recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee wellbeing, learning and development, performance management, managing change, ED&I, reward and lead on managing employee cases.
You will have strong technical HR knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, be a supportive and collaborative team player, a good listener, be resilient and have a track record of being able to work to conflicting priorities.
You’ll have at least 5 years HR experience and have a minimum of CIPD level 5.
