We’re looking for an experienced Product Data Analyst focused on delivering actionable insights that improve user experience and engagement across our Freely service. As an integral member of the Product team, you’ll play a key role in analysing data and building dashboards that inform product decisions and optimise performance.
With knowledge of broadcast TV and streaming/media services you’ll bring proven experience in digital product analytics, with strong skills in data querying, data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks. Hands-on experience with user journey analysis and conversion optimisation and an understanding of application analytics and funnel metrics is essential, along with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly.
