John is responsible for the day-to-day management of all platform and viewer support operations, and the processes that help ensure we deliver them effectively.
He works closely with teams across the business to ensure our activities are integrated, effective and efficient and - most importantly - delivering a best-in-class service to our viewers.
John has held positions at the BBC, Guardian Media Group, Channel 4, Ofcom, and several successful start-up companies. As well as operations, his experience covers TV production, distribution, policy and commercial management.
