Jaspel works closely with the leadership team, shaping and driving the People agenda to ensure that, through the recruitment of ambitious and talented staff, we continue to deliver the world’s best free TV service.
As Everyone TV leads the evolution of free TV in the UK, Jaspel is supporting organisational changes, cultural change initiatives, and directing the hiring process as well as focusing on talent development and training for staff and managers.
Before joining Everyone TV, Jaspel worked at the BBC across UK and global business areas including the BBC World Service, News, and Digital.
